Please attend, as this year will be all new! We will have a NEW location, NEW presentation, NEW favors, and the RETURN of the hotel shuttle service.
Hotel Shuttle Service: A group of rooms has been set aside at the Somerset Marriott exclusively for Alpha Sigma Phi. You may check in on Friday 1/25 or Saturday 1/26, and our special room rate is $79 per night. You need to call 1-800-238-3189 to book the room and mention that you are from Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. The number of rooms is limited and reservations must be made no later than four week before the event (otherwise the rooms will be released to the general public). You room will also include shuttle service to and from McAteers on the evening of the Black and White. If you need further info, please call Chris Vakulchik at 732-424-8746.
Table reservations: There will be plenty of open seating and the tables seat eight people (four couples). However, if there are other people that you would liek to sit with, please indicate that when mailing in your check, or contact Chris Vakulchik via email at cvakulchik@hotmail.com or by phone to reserve a table. All couples requesting seating must be paid in full to guarantee a table.
Cost: $100 per couple, $60 single (unless AKPi or Phi Delta Zeta level Alumni Association Member) paid IN ADVANCE; otherwise $110 at the door.
