Hey Guys!
Some of you may remember my buddy Scott Shannon who used to come to a lot of
our parties back in the 80's. You may also remember his sister Patti who
also attended. Well, about a year ago now, Patti unfortunately passed away
following an unsuccessful double lung transplant, brought on by a disease
called Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Due mostly to a careful lifestyle, Patti lived
to the age of 37 while the doctors had originally told her that she would
barely make it to 18!
Anyway, there will be a NJ Cystic Fibrosis Foundation "Bowl for Breath"
fundraiser this year. Patti has been honored by having this years event
named for her! If you would like to participate in a fun-filled bowling
event that will also help out the CF foundation, please let me know!
The current schedule is: 11/14/99 at T-Bowl in Wayne, NJ and 11/21/99 at
Linden Lanes in Linden, NJ.
Please come out and support "Patti's Pals"
More info will follow in the near future...
Please feel free to pass this message along to the undergrads also.
Thanks.
