Rules:
- Flag football - Grab a flag to tackle
- Four 15 minute quarters - 2 minute warning in 2nd & 4th Quarter
- Clock runs continuous until 2 minute warnings when clock stops for out of bounds or incomplete pass
- 2 time outs per team/per half
- Must cross 2 lines on the field for a first down
- Touchdown = 6 points. Extra point = 1 for pass, 2 for run
