Meeting Opened at 10:08

President

• Chua gave some words for the chapter to think about.
• We made a goal of having 15 new brothers by the end of 2008.
• We're halfway there, and congrats to Tim Bailey for his job on rush.
• Anyone interested in joining/creating a committee?

Secretary

• Mailboxes will be put up after next week's meeting
• Thank you letter to Tom's Uncle for the pipework he did for us will be sent out this week.
• Condolence letter to Rob Romaine who's mother just passed away.

Scholarship

• After reviewing the academic information, no formal study hours are required.
• Austin will check up on your individual academic progress.

Marshall

• Austin informed the pledges that they'll be learning the 5 virtues in the coming weeks, and that Marshall runs ritual

Treasurer

• Pay Dennis for the bill to national.

Alumni

• Not Present

Vice President

• John took reports from committees
• 2 Vacant positions currently. Service and Bro D
• Dinner on Sunday
• Member's at large keep order in the house. Any problems in the house you go to Brian

Rush

• Continuation of entire semester rush.
• Pledges should email Tim 1-2 ideas each for rush events they'd like to see.
• Suggestions from brothers are also welcome.

• There was a discussion on Sunday night to decide pledge
• Keaghan stated that positions were given amongst the pledges.
• Other ideas for fundraising and the house project were given.
